Refund policy
At Alkira Eyewear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
We take great care to ensure your eyewear arrives in perfect condition. Each order includes a 1 year warranty for any factory defects.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Returns are accepted on full-priced items only.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@alkiraeyewear.com with your order number and pictures of the issue.
We will assess the fault and arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
